1. You are a United States citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).

2. Your contribution is made from your own funds and not funds provided by another person or entity.

3. The contribution is not made by a corporation, labor organization, foreign national, or federal government contractor.

4. Your contribution is not conditioned upon the outcome of the campaign.

B. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate and complete information, including your name, mailing address, occupation, and employer, as required by law for all contributions.

C. Finality of Contributions

All contributions to the Nicholas Graeter Campaign Committee are final and non-refundable.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, design, and audio, is the property of the Nicholas Graeter Campaign Committee or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial use only.
